Sadly, due to the continuing COVID19 pandemic, we are now having to close our doors through November (starting on the 5th) as England goes back into a second national lockdown. All of our thoughts and love go out to those affected by the virus in these very trying times. We are sad to have to close our doors but also incredibly thankful for the amazing support you have given us in our first two months of opening. It makes it all worth it to see our kitchen and tours full of so many happy faces and we can’t wait to welcome you back in December.
Throughout the lockdown, we will be reintroducing our FREE local delivery (within 10 miles) and adding a range of gift vouchers as well as other gifts to our online store. So please keep an eye out over the coming week on our social feeds for updates. We will also be focused on our reopening in December introducing a range of hampers and Christmas gifts all from our wonderful Devon suppliers. Not to mention a few Christmas lunchtime treats in our Kitchen!
If you have made a tour or kitchen booking during the affected time we will be getting in touch with you this week with the option to rearrange your visit, exchange your tour booking for tour vouchers (valid for 18 months) or a refund. We will be in touch as soon as we can but I’m sure you will appreciate we have quite a list to work through!
In the meantime, we are still open 9-5 pm today (Sunday 1st) and on Wednesday. From all of us at Alder Vineyard, thanks again for your brilliant support these last few months.
If you’ve visited us these last few months and have the time we would really appreciate if you can leave us a review on trip advisor. ?
