Failure to attend a tour, tasting or event by your own choice will not receive a refund. If you need to rearrange a tour or tasting, please get in touch 48 hours prior to your tour and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.

Each Tour Voucher will clearly state an expiry date. This is usually one year from the purchase date, although we recommend redeeming vouchers within the summer months to see the vineyard in all its glory. Please bring along your ‘order confirmation’ if bought online as proof of purchase.

Please note when purchasing a Tour and Tasting that Alder Vineyard is situated on a hillside which can be relatively steep in places. Wheelchair access is limited due to the terrain and can be made more difficult in periods of bad weather. Please phone ahead before booking and we will endeavour to make your visit as perfect as possible. Visitors are advised to bring appropriate footwear and clothing, such as wellington boots and a coat. Alder Vineyard will not accept responsibility for any damages or injuries as a result of inappropriate attire.

Activity Superstore Vouchers

If you have booked a tour and tasting with a voucher which is later cancelled by Alder Vineyard, you will be  given the option to rearrange where possible (subject to availability) or the option to cancel your reservation, allowing you to use your voucher elsewhere.

You will be given the option to join us for lunch or drinks in our Kitchen and Bar. This is optional and is not included in your tour voucher.

If you need to rearrange a tour or tasting, please get in touch 48 hours prior to your tour and we will do our best to accommodate any changes or cancel your reservation allowing you to use your voucher elsewhere. Failure to attend a tour and tasting by your own choice will unfortunately result in your voucher being claimed regardless.

Each Tour Voucher will clearly state an expiry date (often extended due to Covid19). We recommend redeeming vouchers within the summer months to see the vineyard in all its glory (April – September). Please bring along your vouchers to your tour.
