FAQs
Usually 30 people is the maximum number we can take for private group tours. But we can offer a vineyard tour + wine tasting for up to 40. Please contact us through the booking form above so we can discuss what we can offer for your group.
You can book a private group tour for less than 10 people but we do have to ask for a minimum charge of £150 to cover the full tour + wine tasting element of your visit. Please contact us through the booking form above so we can give you a full quote for your private visit.
If changes to COVID guidelines affect your booking we will be in-touch to offer the following:
- Change the date of your visit
- Tour vouchers to redeem in the next 18 months
- Full refund

Of course, children (under 18s) can visit with you free of charge. But the ground is uneven so pushchairs are not ideally suited to our site.
Definitely! We love four legged friends but please ensure they are kept on leads and under control.
We are not easily put off by a bit of rain or wind here in the vineyard. However, if the forecast is bad enough that we decide your Devon wine tasting & vineyard tour cannot run, you will be offered a full refund or the option to rearrange. (Subject to availability)
For all private group tour bookings we recommend giving us as much notice as possible. To ensure we have availability for your visit. These experiences won’t be able to be booked on the day.
We are able to accept coaches for visits to us in the vines. Though please note coaches will need to park a short 2/3 minute walk away from our kitchen + shop where your tour will start from.
